The creation of Untamed Me is about opening women up to their vibrancy.  That vibrancy was tamed for a lot of us when we first started bleeding and moving into our feminine power.  For me, untaming how I move through my cycle was the beginning of the opening of me as a woman.  My unique rhythm is the foundation for every step I make into my power.  The system of journalling through my cycle, gaining an understanding of how my unique rhythm flows and using that information to plan out my busy life as a mumma of three, has grounded me in discovering my true essence.

Each product we create has one main aim - to support you in connecting to your body and to your unique rhythm.  Our system of living in alignment with your cycle is not new.  However, we have created the products to make this easier for a busy woman to achieve.
