As women we wear many hats. Using our Cycle Planner to organise your life in alignment with the seasons of your cycle is such a huge way to honour your body.
Fill in the days and dates from the first day that you bleed all the way through the 28 days. Then add in the events/appointments etc. and see which season of your cycle they fall on. When you create events or plan out something you want to achieve, consider which season would best support how you show up for that and try to organise it in line with that season.
Planning out your life in a way that honours your body is the ultimate feminine approach in a busy doing world.
HOW TO USE THE UNTAMED ME CYCLE PLANNER
Begin on the first day of your bleed - Write the day and the date next to Day 1 on your planner. Then fill in the rest of the dates from Day 1 all the way through to Day 28 to complete your whole cycle.
Now fill in all the appointments, events and things to do on the dates you are committed to. Take some time to see in what seasons these fall and ask yourself - How can I support myself to be able to honour my body and honour my commitment?
