Refund policy
It is important to me that you are satisfied with your product so if there are genuine reasons for requesting a refund, I am happy to discuss this with you.
No refunds, however, will be given if you change your mind after the products are shipped.
If the product you purchased is faulty please email me to discuss a resolution. In these circumstances I would replace the product but am open to a refund depending on the circumstances.
There will be no refunds given on lost or damaged mail.
