My name is Natalie.  I am a woman in her 40s on a journey of connecting with my truth and working out how to stand in that with power.  

My truth is that a woman connected and living in alignment with her cycle is a vibrant woman.  And that truth comes from having lived this process.  I opened up to cycle connection many years ago from the wisdom of wonderful women online.  At the time my boys were little and time was precious.  But as I slowly built resources to support me in that space, I started connecting in with how I uniquely move through each cycle. 

Untamed Me comes from this place.  I remember where I was when I thought of this idea.  I had a 4 year old and a 1 year old and we had just moved into a tiny apartment by the beach after having travelled around Australia in a bus for 2 years.  I was missing the freedom of the space as I was trying to support my untamed family to move back into the structures of modern life.  I was drawn to cycle connection as a way to bring that wildness from within me into our world.  However, as a busy mumma of little ones, I was struggling to find the time to build the system to support all of this new wisdom in my life.

The system of tracking your cycle and living in alignment with your cycle through your planning is not a new system.  Many wise women have spoken about this before me.  However, I struggled to find the products that supported the ease of me connecting in with this system.  When I speak of the power and clarity I have gained from understanding the flow of my cycle, so many women ask me where they should start.  I just wanted to hand something to these women because my belief in what cycle connection opens up for a woman, is so strong.  Every product that we create is to support this connection and make it as easy as possible for a busy woman to untame her cycle.

My truth is that when you connect into this source of your unique power you can begin to live in alignment with your desires.  I believe that if every woman lives in this alignment and stands in her unique power, only greatness will come.  My dream is that Untamed Me supports this greatness to stand.  My dream is that we create a community of awakened women who are all building their unique power and gifting this to each other, to our children and to the people we love.  My dream is that we, as a tribe of untamed women, move through this world in connection with our bodies.

I acknowledge you wherever you are at in your journey of connection to your body.  I honour your choice to open up to your unique rhythm and change the tamed understanding of how a woman should organise her life.
