Shipping policy

Untamed Me is located in Queensland, Australia.

We ship domestically and worldwide using Australia Post.

We endeavour to send out orders within 3 business days of receiving them.  

Due to covid and other delays please allow 2-6 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally for your order to be received.  Please note this estimate is from the time of shipment, not from the date you placed your order.  My hope is that it will be delivered to you much sooner.

It is important to note that Untamed Me is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.  It is always best to purchase tracking with your order so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.

Please double check that your address is correct when checking out.  If a mistake has been made, please contact me as soon as possible to get your address changed.  If your items have already been shipped, unfortunately I will not be able to change your address.

International orders may incur a customs fee.  Unfortunately this is beyond our control so therefore we are not responsible for these fees and they must be paid for by the customer upon collection.
