These cards are beautiful to look at but also a really practical tool to remind you of where you are in your cycle.  In a busy world we need all the reminders we can get.  Having these cards in a place where you will see them often will prompt you to check in with where you are in your cycle and remind you to check in with what support your body may need.

HOW TO USE THE UNTAMED ME SEASON CARDS

When you receive the cards check in with what inner season of your cycle you are in.  Place that card somewhere in your home or your work space where you will see them every day.

When you move to the next inner season of your cycle, it's time to change the card.  Take that moment to connect in with the inner season you just experienced and prepare for the next inner season to come.
