FAMILY CALENDAR

This takes living in alignment with your cycle to the next level.  It creates the support and understanding within your family of how you move through your cycle. 

 
Fill in the days and dates from the first day that you bleed all the way through the 28 days and beyond if needed.  Each family member has a column in the calendar.  When you add in their activities throughout your cycle, you can see very clearly where they fall in line with what season you will be in.  Talk to them about what support you may need depending on where it falls.  Add in family activities in those seasons that support how you can show up.
