CYCLE STARTER PACK

We have bundled together our two foundation planning products to support you in beginning your cycle connection journey.

Our Cycle Journal is with you through four cycles.  Journal how you feel on every day of your four cycles with the aim of building your Unique Rhythm.  Our Unique Rhythm builder is at the back of the journal to support you.  

You can then apply that understanding of your Unique Rhythm to our Cycle Planner.  Plan out your cycle from Day 1 through to Day 28 honouring the information you have on your ebbs and flows from your Cycle Journal.  You then align your life and your to do lists with the flow of your cycle.  

Doing this planning in line with the seasons of your cycle, honours your body and supports you to move through every day with understanding of how your body has the ability to engage.  When you understand that, you can stop pushing through and begin to connect in with your natural flow.
